Snow Queen

A gentle breeze rustles my cherry tree

Her arms are now bare

But they will soon be adorned

And with jewelry of the best kind

Gorgeous flowers pink and white

She flaunts her ornaments to the skies

Warm drops of rain catch in her blossoms

As beautiful as diamonds and more

As winter approaches her jewelry disappears

And is replaced with her white winter coat

My cherry tree is always bedecked in the most amazing things

Day in day out she never stops

Summer red cherries, winter white snow

Autumn gold leaves sprinkled with brown

And by far prettiest her spring ensemble of pink and white

The one I call my ‘Snow Queen’
